I feel like I’m in a groove and this is routine now. My body expects 3 squares and a snack and has adjusted to that, physically and mentally. I am not hungry between meals and my urge to “eat all the things” from 4-7pm has essentially disappeared. I find it interesting to note that I don’t have afternoon dips in energy levels either. I will, however, admit to wiping the drool from my chin when I read the Trader Joe’s Fearless Flyer and it said they have Pumpkin Spice Bark. I may have to buy some for “after”.
Today started the beginning of Phase 2 or the Release Phase. I added a new supplement to my round-up to celebrate – yahoo! It’s a detox powder and while it doesn’t AT ALL mix into the water and is clumpy going down, it at least tastes good! So there’s that.
Here is what I ate:
Breakfast: 3 cups of fruit
Lunch: Microgreen salad with avocado and a delicious Sesame-Ginger-Miso Dressing
Optional Snack: Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
Dinner: Pinto Beans and Rice (which had some great spices mixed in) and Steamed Zucchini and Green Beans with olive oil and lemon juice.
