I’m ready to be done. I’m done cooking. I’m done with no coffee. I’m done packing my meals and I’m done taking supplements. Stick a fork in me. It’s just so damn tempting to use the Reset in a Crunch menu for the remaining six days but I really do want to share with you the awesomeness of the Reset meals as well as the variety. Plus, I keep finding recipes that I love enough to add into my regular meal rotation, like this Asian Cabbage Salad!
Today I had my Shakeology for breakfast and I wish I hadn’t. I struggled this afternoon not having this delicious treat to look forward to and I will admit, I had a few bites of the Trader Joe’s Almond Butter Cookies. I just couldn’t resist. I guess Shakeology really does help curb cravings! Back to gigantic bowls of fruit tomorrow!!
