Nailed it today and having fruit in the morning instead of my Shakeology kept me from falling off the deep end during the afternoon snack time witching hours. Also, today’s meals were fairly simple – I’d be good with that from here on out. I even resisted a bag of Justin’s Dark Chocolate peanut butter cups that are sitting in the pantry. Why did I buy those? It’s like I’m testing my willpower. Dangerous!

Lunch: Microgreen Salad with Creamy Garlic Dressing
Optional Snack: Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
Dinner: Curried Cauliflower with Lemony Kale (which I couldn’t finish all of)
