Day 20! Day 20! Day 20! Can you sense my excitement at being so, so close to the end?! The excitement isn’t because I want to go on a binge and drink all the wine and eat all the chocolate (though I will have both of those on day 22) but because I committed to this thing for 21 days and I stuck to it! Through all the temptations and challenges I finished what I started. I finished something that took me over a year to actually commit to because it was just “not the right time”. And you know what? There is never a perfect time for anything so you just have to make the decision that now is as good a time as any. I’ve learned so much about myself, my habits, how I fuel my body and what I actually need to feel good. I could go on but I’ll save that for when I actually finish out my 21 days.
Breakfast: Fresh Fruit
Lunch: Microgreen Salad. I skipped the Jicama-Avocado Salad because I just didn’t feel like making it. The microgreens are on the Reset in a Crunch menu so I stuck with that.
Optional Snack: Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
Dinner: Asian Stir-Fry and Braised Greens
