I practically skipped through today knowing it was the LAST – I did it, I freaking did it! While I am a disciplined person and finish what I start (for the most part), I couldn’t be more proud of myself for sticking to THIS. Gimme a 30, 60 or even 90 day fitness program and I can stay on track no problem but food has ALWAYS been my issue. I just love to eat! We all know that your results are 70% driven by nutrition and 30% by exercise and at no time has that ever been more evident than it is now.
All I can say is that I went to bed dreaming sweet dreams of coffee…
